PURPOSE:To obtain the captioned apparatus in small-size at a low cost by allowing a hydraulic pump to develop the function as dashpot by forming an orifice in the return passage of a hydraulic pump and effectively damping a large displacement movement, etc. on load side. CONSTITUTION:A cylinder part 15 having an orifice 19 is installed inside a hydraulic pump 14. The attenuation function is developed for the flow of fluid due to the revolution of the hydraulic pump 14. A mooring cable 11 on dashpot side is wound onto a taking-up wheel 12 installed onto the shaft 13 of the hydraulic pump 14. The hydraulic pump 14 develops the function as dashpot for the movement of the mooring cable 11. |
