PURPOSE:To convey COM without trouble, by providing deep grooves in rotators except in its edge parts and providing rubber linings on the insides of the grooves to heighten the resistance to pressure and wear. CONSTITUTION:Grooves a2, which are deeper than a normal epitrochoid drawn from the right and left edge parts are of teeth (a) of rotors, are provided in the rotors. Rubber linings L are provided on the insides of the deep grooves a2. The surface of the rubber lining L in each deep groove a2 is finished to te epitrochoid L1 of a normal gear. A rubber lining L2 is provided on the inside 3c of the screw housing part of a casing 3 and finished by boring, thereby completing all the machining process. Since the edge parts are which function for sealing are made of the metal of the rotors themselves, the resistance to pressure and wear is heightened so that COM can be conveyed without trouble. |
