PURPOSE:To prepare a packaging material excellent in moldability, mechanical properties, thermal adhesion, and transparency by compounding a specific polyester, a specific modified polyester, a polycarbonate, and a polycaprolactone. CONSTITUTION:A polyester, a modified polyester, a polycarbonate, and a polycaprolactone are compounded to give the title compsn. The polyester is obtd. by reacting a dicarboxylic acid component comprising 40-100mol% terephthalic acid, 0-60mol% other arom. dicarboxylic acid, and 0-20mol% aliph. or alicyclic dicarboxylic acid with a glycol component comprising 40-100mol% ethylene glycol and 60-0mol% other aliph. or alicyclic glycol. The modified polyester is prepd. by reacting an unsatd. dicarboxylic acid or an anhydride thereof with a polyester obtd. by reacting a dicarboxylic acid component comprising 40-100mol% terephthalic acid, 0-60mol% other arom. dicarboxylic acid, and 0-20mol% aliph. or alicyclic dicarboxylic acid with a glycol component comprising 50-90mol% ethylene glycol and 50-10mol% 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol. |
