<p>To manufacture a piezoelectric sound generator, a layer of filler-free adhesive whose dynamic viscosity is 800 to 18,000 mPa.s is applied between a metallised carrier plate and a piezoceramic disc. The assembly consisting of carrier plate, adhesive layer and ceramic plate is pressed together, the chosen amount of adhesive being large enough for a bead covering the edge of the ceramic disc to be formed during pressing.
