PURPOSE:To provide a lunch system, well balanced in nutrition and capable of always maintaining human blood at a prescribed pH value under weak alkaline conditions by combining an alkaline food with an acidic food at a specific ratio and producing a human breakfast, lunch and supper. CONSTITUTION:A healthy alkaline food (e.g. WAKAME seaweed or spinach) in an amount of 100g and an unhealthy food (e.g. beef or polished rice) in an amount of 100g are decomposed to determine numerical values of the residual alkalis and acids. The resultant numerical values are used as a basis to produce a human breakfast, lunch and supper at a ratio so as to provide 1 acidic food to 3 alkaline food. Thereby, a lunch system capable of balancing nutrition and always keeping human blood at pH7.35 under weak alkaline conditions is developed and sold by clearly expressing the aforementioned fact. Natural calcium can be added to the foods to be used to correct and regulate nutritional balance in the case of the acidic food in excess. |
