A non-linear resistance polymer heating body is contineously heat- treated by extruding the polymer heating body (2) with a extruder (1), pulling by drawing device (3), rolling by winder (4), insulting in a heating oven (5), guiding with seveal roller (7), drawing off through the outlet (8), pulling by another drawing device (3'), rolling by another winder (4'). The insulting pipe (10) and the outletting pipe (11) consist of an upper and a lower parts and a heater (13). This device is charactrized by the contineous working process.
