PURPOSE:To prevent the failure of synchronization by revolving a polygon scanner motor till the temp. of a fixing roller reaches a controlled one (warming up), and self-generating heat, when the temp. of a temperature sensor reaches a prescribed one or below. CONSTITUTION:Even if the various conditions of the fixing roller, etc., except the PLL circuit 108 of the polygon scanner motor 109 supplying a power source into a device and carrying out printing out are compiled for an operation at the time of a low temp., the temp. of the PLL circuit 108 is not in the normal operating ranges of a circuit element, etc., so that the failure in the synchronization is caused at the time of an image formation. When the temp. of the fixing roller detected by a fixing thermistor 101 at the time of supplying the power source is lower than the prescribed one TSLC, it is judged that the temp. surrounding the PLL circuit 108 is low, as well, the polygon scanner motor 109 is turned on to self-generate the heat. Thus, the temp. surrounding the PLL circuit 108 is raisen, and the occurrence of the failure in the synchronization is prevented. |
