PURPOSE:To enable a plate article to be carried mechanically and automatically by holding the plate article with clampers which can move up and down against a frame of a suspension truck allowing it to be pushed down forward by means of a pusher after it has been supported from below by a support arm. CONSTITUTION:A pair of clampers 21a and 21b is installed while it can move up and down on a frame 7 which is constructed together with a suspension truck 6 as an integral unit so as to pick up the foremost one of headlines 2 (plate articles) which are set up in a pallet 31. Subsequently, a hook 9 of a support arm 8 which is supported rotationally by the frame 7, is placed underneath the plate article 2 which has been clamped up, allowing the plate article 2 to be supported by the support arm 8. Then, the suspension truck 6 is actuated to travel allowing the plate article 2 to move in the front of a cab 1. Then, after the plate article 2 is placed on the support arm 8 completely with the clampers 21a and 21b released, the plate article 2 is pushed out to the cab side by means of a pad (a pusher). |
