PURPOSE:To efficiently perform group cooperation by managing working environ ment at every group by providing a work supporting environmental information storage means. CONSTITUTION:A user 10 stores work supporting environment common to the group in work supporting environmental information storage 120 at every group via the work supporting environmental information storage means 110. When the user belongs to the group, the user 10 registers a name on the storage 120. When group work is started, the user name is registered on the storage 120 with a group working member information storage means 112, and environ ment stored in the storage 120 is received via a work environment offering means 117. Data used in the group by sharing is stored in the storage 120 by using a shared data storage means 113. Also, setting with respect to medium processing used in the work within the group is stored in the storage 120 by using a media setting storage means 114. Furthermore, setting with respect to a function settable at every group and service used specially in the group is stored in the storage 120 by using a function setting information storage means 115. |
