PURPOSE:To attempt both to prevent bed shift and to improve feeling of use by constituting the title mat of the second air room and a plurality of the third bag part extending from a side edge communicating part to a central communicating part in such a way that the second air room is positioned among the side edge communicating part provided on the side edge of a mat main body, an adjoining first bag part and an adjoining second bag part. CONSTITUTION:When air is fed only in the first air room 1 from an opening, in the left hand side divided by a central communicating part as a boundary, the first bag parts 6 are expanded separately each other and in the right hand side, the second bag parts 7 are expanded separately each other. Under this condition, as the positioning condition of the first and the second bag parts 6 and 7 is alternately made by the central communicating part 5 as a boundary, when a user lies down on the first air room 1, the user can be supported with good balance by the first and second bags 6 and 7. To prevent bedshift, after a specified time passes through, air in the first air room 1 is deflated and instead of this, air is filled in the second air room 2 from the opening 11, the third bag parts 9 are expanded alternately by the central communicating part 5 as the boundary. Therefore, when the user lies down on the second air room 2 filled with air, the body can be supported with good balance by the third bag parts 9. |
