PURPOSE:To prevent the take-up error, the loading error, etc., by the dispersion of the ascending/descending stroke of a nozzle by providing a detection means, which detects the dynamic height of the bottom of the nozzle, at the take-up position or the loading position of an electronic component. CONSTITUTION:Prior to mounting an electronic component P on a board 12, a table 8 is shifted in an X direction, and a detection means 20 is stopped in the take-up position K1. Next, while rotating a rotary head 1 by index, each nozzle 3 of each transfer head 2 is elevated and lowered in order in the take-up position, and the dynamic height of the bottom of each nozzle 3 at the time of taking up the electronic component P is detected with the detection means 20. By detecting the dispersion to reference value of the dynamic height of each nozzle 3 and adding the corrective value based on this dispersion to each nozzle 3, the dispersion is canceled, and the dynamic height of each nozzle 3 is made constant, and the take-up of the electronic component P is done, and the electronic component P is mounted on a board 12. |
