<p>PURPOSE:To enhance adhesive strength with a surface layer by forming, on the surface of slice polyurethane (PU) foam, a surface layer consisting of PU elastmer and being fitted into openings of the surface in its part. CONSTITUTION:Two liquid hardening type PU elastmer is blended at an appropriate rate and, when the blended substance 2 is rolled on the surface of a mold releasing material 4 such as mold releasing paper, glass plate and the like, since the blended substance 2 immediately begins hardening, appropriately configured slice PU foam is placed into contact with the surface while having fluidity yet. The fluid blended substance 2 comes into openings 3 existing on the surface of the foam 1 and then is left as its state so as to be hardened generally. In the next place, it is released from the mold releasing material 4, in consequence, obtaining a composite PU foam having a surface layer 2, wherein a part of resin is fitted into the openings 3, on the surface of the slice PU foam 1.</p> |
