MANUFACTURE OF RESIN MAGNET STRUCTURE BODY

PURPOSE:To enable a solid resin constituent to be specified especially by adding and mixing a curing agent with a solid resin super quenched powder of a rare- earth element - iron alloy and a microcapsule liquid resin as a granular chemical intermediate and by filling and compressing it into a cavity where a magnetic supporting member is placed. CONSTITUTION:In a solid epoxy with one or two types or more epoxyoligomers having at least an alcohol hydroxide group within a molecular chain and with a softening temperature of 65-85 deg.C, an ultra quenched powder of the rare-earth element - iron alloy and a liquid epoxy resin containing capsule are granular chemical intermediates. A particle curing agent and a lubricant are mixed to the granular chemical intermediate for compounding. A green body obtained by compressing the compound is directly molded in one piece with a supporting member. The green body and the supporting member become a rigid body in one piece by heated curing of an epoxy resin constituent of the green body.
