The invention refers to an electric calibration process and an electric calibration device for balancing machines, consisting of an aligning block of A sinφand A cosφsignals, connected between the storage unit and the vertical deflection counter, and a calibration correcting unit. An amplifier with an adjustable feedback loop is placed at the counter output, while a balancing switch is placed at the storage unit outputs. The aligning block consists of an amplifier with a potentiometer in the feedback loop. The correcting unit consists of two potentiometers supplied by DC voltage. The counter receives a signal from the common point of the potentiometer cursors. The process consists of cancelling the calibration voltages in each plane using a potentiometer, correcting the 45-degree spot deviation and bringing the spot to its origin through a potentiometer.
