PURPOSE:To improve the living comfortableness in a cab by constituting a cab suspension of an air cylinder connected to a surge tank and an adjustable shock absorber capable of changing the area of the throttle hole of a piston, and controlling them according to vehicle speed. CONSTITUTION:A cab suspension 10 disposed between the lateral frame and the right and left cab lower surface front of a truck is formed of an air cylinder 11 connected to a surge tank 12 by an air pressure pipeline 17 having a solenoid valve 13 interposed, and an adjustable shock absorber 14 in which the throttle can be worked by an actuator 15 to change the area of the throttle hole of a piston. The solenoid valve 13 and the actuator 15 are controlled by a control unit 16 on the basis of the output signals of an ignition switch 18 and a vehicle speed sensor 19, whereby the spring constant of the air cylinder 11 and the damping force of the adjustable shock absorber 14 are suitable for the idling state at stopping time and the state during run. |
