PURPOSE:To heat a pan bottom efficiently and to form an iron core easily by winding an induction heating coil so as to be able to distribute magnetic flux according to a heating mode, and forming the iron core of many sectorial divided iron core members along the pan bottom. CONSTITUTION:A spiral-wound induction heating coil 1 is arranged under a pan support 5, an iron core 3 for constituting a magnetic path together with a pan 2 is provided under the coil 1, and the coil 1 is wound so as to be able to distribute magnetic flux according to a required heating mode. The iron core 3 is formed into a semi-spherical shape and constituted of a combination of many sectorial divided iron core members 3a formed by dividing a semispherical body along a plurality of sectional planes and diametral planes. According to this constitution, efficient heating of the pan bottom according to the required heating mode and easy forming of the iron core 3 along the pan bottom is attained. |
