PURPOSE:To prevent air from being caught in molten resin and consequently external shrinkage void and internal shrinkage void from developing by a method wherein outer peripheral frames, by which an in-mold space mainly consisting of a cavity is hermetically held to the outer peripheries of a pair of molds and to which an exhaust pipe for evacuating the in-mold space is mounted. CONSTITUTION:Outer peripheral frames 30a and 30b, by which an in-mold space is hermetically held, is provided on a pair of molds 21a and 21b. At the same time, an exhaust pipe 33 is mounted to the outer peripheral frames 30a and 30b so as to evacuate the in-mold space through the exhaust pipe 33, when the cavity 25 is filled with resin. Thus, bubble can be prevented from being caught in molten resin. Further, on the outer surface side on the mold of an ejector pin inserting hole, a large diameter hole 36, the diameter of which is larger than that of a cavity side sliding hole, is provided so as to mount a sealing material holder 38, which holds sealing material 37, in order to fully prevent the leakage through the ejector pin inserting hole from occurring by means of the sealing material 37, which is held in the large diameter hole. |
