Method for detecting antibodies and/or antigens secreted and/or released by individual cells, a cell suspension being brought into contact with corresponding antigens and/or antibodies bound to a solid carrier. Subsequently or simultaneously, at least two different types of other antibodies intended for and capable of being bound to the antibodies or antigens to be detected are added, which other antibodies are provided with different enzymes. A corresponding number of indicator substances having a distinguishing colouring effect is then added for simultaneous detection of the different types of antibodies and/or antigens by evaluation of patches with a differentiating colour remaining on the solid carrier. According to one embodiment, use is made of two solid carriers, antigens and/or antibodies of the same or different type being bound to opposite surfaces of the carriers and the cell suspension being introduced between these surfaces. <IMAGE> |
