PURPOSE:To prevent deterioration of characteristics due to occurrence of bending strain and remainder of impurities and enable orientation of a crystal to be improved by irradiating laser beam to a superconductive substance for recrystallization or forming along with crystallization. CONSTITUTION:A laminate tape 7 obtained by laminating a PET tape 7a and an Ag tape 7b is wound around a tape feed device 1 with the Ag tape facing upward. The laminate tape 7 which is fed out of the tape feed device 1 passes a lower part of a slurry collection bath 2 through a guide roll 8, a slurry thick film is formed on it, and it is heated within a drying device 3. After the laminate tape 7 passes a guide roll 8', the lower PET tape 7a is wound around a winding bobbin 10. A plurality of laser beams 5a are irradiated by a laser irradiating device 5 when a thick film on the Ag tape is compressed by a cold press 4 and a plurality of laser beams 5a are irradiated by a laser irradiating device 5 and is bent to a curvature radius of a winding drum of a winding device 6. A cooling gas 12a is immediately sprayed to a fluxed body at an irradiating part by a cooling device 12 for crystallization. |
