TITLE OF THE INVENTION: DEVICE FOR APPLYING WRITING, DRAWING, PRINTING AND PAINTING FLUIDS ONTO A SURFACE A device for applying writing, drawing, printing and painting fluids onto a surface is provided. The device comprises a fluid container, a respective applicating tip, an air inlet tube that connects an interior of the fluid container to the surrounding atmosphere, and a capillary fluid reservoir. The capillary fluid reservoir is arranged within a fluid conveying connection between the fluid that is contained in the fluid container and the applicating tip whereby the fluid conveying connection is interrupted when the applicating tip is pointed in a downward direction.
