摘要 PURPOSE:To measure two sorts of information on temperature and acceleration by one sensor by a method wherein a temperature detecting element having temperature dependence is provided on the lateral side of a half mirror, an incident light from an optical fiber is halved by the half mirror and the acceleration and the temperature are detected therefrom. CONSTITUTION:50% of a light emitted from an optical fiber 1 is transmitted, as it is, to glass 10 by a half mirror 11 and turns to be an incident light on an acceleration sensor. A light reflected by a reflecting mirror 6 and an excitation light emitted by a light-emitting substance 2 are transmitted by 50% by the mirror 11 and enters an end face of the fiber 1. 50% of the light emitted from the fiber 1 is changed in the direction of advance by an angle of 90 deg. by the mirror 11, becomes an incident light on a temperature sensor and excites a fluorescent substance 8. A light having information on temperature is emitted from the fluorescent substance 8 and 50% of the light is made to enter the end face of the fiber 1 by the mirror 11.
