<p>PURPOSE:To form a magnetic recording layer into a relatively simple structure composed of a single layer, to facilitate the adjustment of magnetic output and to make forgery and alteration difficult by forming a magnetic layer composed of a mixture of a soft magnetic material and a hard magnetic material on a base material. CONSTITUTION:The magnetic layer 2 provided on a base material 1 is constituted of a mixed system consisting of a soft magnetic material and a hard magnetic material. Therefore, a process is simplified. By appropriately changing the compounding ratio of the soft magnetic material and the hard magnetic material, the magnetic characteristics of the magnetic layer can be adjusted to a desired state. Even when the magnetic layer is subjected to elemental analysis, the analytical result is different from a known magnetic material. Further, since the magnetic layer is composed of the mixed system of two or more kinds of magnetic materials having different coercive force regions, the magnetic characteristics becomes ones obtained by simultaneously measuring two or more kinds of the magnetic materials and accurate analysis becomes complicated. Therefore, forgery becomes difficult. Since the magnetic characteristics of the magnetic layer can be adjusted to a desired state, it is unnecessary to separately provide a nonmagnetic layer for adjusting output on the magnetic layer and, therefore, a manufacturing process is simplified.</p> |
