<p>In subsequent treatment of freshly spun fibres (6) in cable form using a washing pipe, a double injector consisting of an upper and a lower injector unit (2, 3) is used for the guiding and transport. The advantage is that in first step, namely in the upper injector unit (2), the fibre cable (6) is immersed under slight pressure in the moving medium and only in the lower injector unit (3) does the necessary quantity of fluid grip the fibre cable (6) and entrain it under higher pressure. This prevents damage to the fibres.</p> |
