PURPOSE:To appropriately position a photosensitive drum and a developing sleeve by depressing the photosensitive drum and the developing sleeve in a direction where they are opposed to each other with a cleaning member and a developer layer thickness regulating member. CONSTITUTION:This process cartridge is obtained by rotatably supporting the photosensitive drum 2 and the developing sleeve 3 in a housing 1 which is integrally molded. A cleaning blade 6 is allowed to press-contact to the outer periphery of the drum 2, and the drum 2 is always depressed toward the sleeve 3. Then, a developing blade 7 is allowed to press-contact to the outer periphery of the sleeve 3, and the sleeve 3 is always depressed toward the drum 2. With such constitution, the drum 2 and the sleeve 3 are positioned without using a special pressing member, then the cartridge is miniaturized and the cost thereof is reduced. |
