<p>PURPOSE:To prevent any bend or curve from occurring by installing a tape driving means, a tape travel speed detecting means, a tape transferring means and a tape transfer controlling means for controlling the tape transferring means according to a travel speed signal of an endless tape being fed out of the tape travel speed detecting means, respectively. CONSTITUTION:An endless tape 2 so far fed into a loop bin 14 by a tape driving means 95 is transferred to an outlet 93 by a tape transferring means 99 in this loop bin 14. At this time, a tape transfer controlling means 102 controls the tape transferring means 99 according to a travel speed signal Y of the tape 2 being fed out of a tape travel speed detecting means 97, stopping the operation of the tape 2 before its original travel motion comes to a stop. Consequently, since the tape 2 continues its travel for a while even after drive of the tape transferring means 99 and transference of the tape 2 are stopped, while its travel speed is lowering, the endless tape 2 will in no case be stacked in pile in and around the outlet 93.</p> |
