Condom of the general type consisting of a sheath 5 of flexible material which is closed at one end and whose opposite open end finishes in a rolled flange 1, characterised in that it comprises, by way of a safety device, a removable disc 3 which, when the condom is in the rolled-up state, extends over the outer face of the said closed end of the sheath, the edge 3a of which being held under the said flange 1.
