<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to open a lid automatically, pour a large quantity of fluid in an extremely short period of time and open the lid with a small force by opening/closing an opening on the bottom by a turnable lid around an axis located at a position which is away from the center of the area in the lateral direction. CONSTITUTION:A lid 4 for a bottom 2 is turnably attached around an axis 5 which is away from the center of the area O in the lateral direction. At the time of filling, if a container 1 is sunk in a fluid from the bottom 2, by upward force of the fluid, the lid 4 is automatically opened, and the weight of fire-extinguishing liquid or water, etc., is applied to the center of the area O of the lid 4, and the lid 4 is pressed to a stopper 9 and held at the closing position. At the time of discharging, since the attaching position of a cable 12 is away from the axis 5, and the center of the area O is located at a comparatively close position to the axis 5, the lid 4 can be opened by adding a comparatively small tensile force to the cable 12.</p> |
