METHOD FOR ULTRASOUND CONTROL THE WELDING SEWS OF GOODS

The method is applied at non-destructive control of goods. It enhances the sensitivity and resistance to disturbances at control of the welding seam of flat goods at the expense of received horizontally polarized fluctuations. During the scanning process, the emanating and the receiving slanted transformers emanate cross ultra-sound fluctuations and receive the reflected from the defect horizontal polarized fluctuations, according to whose parameters the size and placement of the defect are determined. The emanating and receiving transformers are located on the surface of the product carrying a defect with a permanent angle among their surfaces of polarization, depending on the angle for introduction of cross fluctuations and the angle among the planes of polarization of the emanating and the receiving transformer and the surface of falling and reflection of the ultra-sound fluctuations from the defect chosen in the range from 64 to 90 degrees.
