<p>PURPOSE:To prevent charcteristics from varying by arranging a terminal board, where individual cables introduced from a stub cable run and are sealed, in close contact with the internal wall of a dam. CONSTITUTION:A terminal board 12 having through holes 11 for individual cables 4 introduced from a stub cale 5 has a groove 14, in which an elastic material, such as an O ring 13 made of silicone rubber or neoprene rubber, is to be fitted, at the circumference. Through the ring 13, the terminal board 12 is arranged in close contact with the internal wall of dum metallic fittings 1. The step part 15 of the internal wall is used to potition the terminal board 12. In the individual through holes 11, aluminum sleeves 16 each containing an individual cable 4 run and are kept in close contact with the internal walls of the through holes 11 by O rings 17 of elastic materials as well. The gap between the aluminum sleeve 16 and cable 4 is charged with low-viscosity silicone resin 18.</p> |
