The invention concerns an installation used for the ultrasound processing with abrasive suspension of pipe ends.According to the invention, the installation has an ultrasound block, an interchangeable concentrator and some self-aligning gripping device, hydraulically operated. The abrasive suspension and cooling liquid mixture is pumped through a flexible tube and then passes through a canal into superior die of the gripping device. From there, it arrives into the area between the concentrator, a tool and the end of the pipe that has to be processed, and eventually evacuated through a canal into an inferior die of the gripping device and brought back to the preparation station through another flexible tool. The high-frequency oscillations are sent through some high-frequency transmission lines, some brushes and some rings to a transducer from where they are sent to the interchangeable concentrator through a transmission part.
