PURPOSE:To perform a correct level measurement and free crowning correction work by operating the work face shape by a two-dot chain method with the use of a personal computer with the measurement data by an electronic level and preparing an NC program with the operation of a work correcting value. CONSTITUTION:The measurement data of a work is obtained from an electronic level 1, the operation of flatnesses y, Y, Z is performed in a personal computer 3 based on this data and further the straightnesses are operated. In the case of obtaining the shape value deviated from this straightness an NC tape for correcting crowning is prepared. In the case of the calculation result of straightness/flatness being accepted a correction program is not prepared and a surface grinding is performed as it is. A correct work shape can thus be measured without receiving the effect due to the sliding accuracy of a machine and the correction corresponding to the work shape can be performed. |
