<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the number of part items for a device by installing a side plate rotatably attached to a heating roller, a separate claw held on this side plate, a paper guide plus a lower guide, and constituting it to select the discharge direction with the side plate moved up and down. CONSTITUTION:A heating roller 1 comes into contact with a pressure roller 2, and it is provided with each of side plates 3a, 3b at both ends free of rotation, while these plates 3a, 3b holds a shaft 5 holding a separate claw 4, a paper guide 6 and a lower guide 7, and the claw 4 is rotatably held by the shaft 5 and pressed to the roller 1 by a spring 8 at all times. The guide 7 is held of its tip free of rotation by a base plate 9 holding the roller 2, and also the rear end is held by these plates 3a, 3b and in addition, each side of the plates 3a, 3b is set down to a long hole so as to be followed up even if the said plate is moved and, what is more, a paper detecting sensor 10 is installed in a central part of the guide 7. With this constitution, a paper discharge direction is selected by moving these plates 3a, 3b.</p> |
