Vehicle moving on crossing paths (5, 40) at different levels. The vehicle comprises essentially lower (20) and upper (21) chassis which respectively bear longitudinal (22) and transverse (23) wheels, as well as lifting members (24) between the chassis which can adopt an extension position and a contracted position in order to make the vehicle (8) pass from one path to the other. Application essentially to the maintenance of platforms and stations comprising rails, the transverse path being intended for the storage of the vehicle.
