PURPOSE:To obtain a good filter characteristic, by connecting an additional capacitor of capacity, which corresponds to the sensitivity coefficient, between different delay output terminals of the same clock signal system of a charge transfer element and by obtaining an output from the delay output terminal to which the additional capacitor is connected. CONSTITUTION:An additional capacitor CA of a capacity corresponding to the sensitivity coefficient is connected between delay output terminals (a) and (b) led out from the hot end side of capacitors C2 and C6, from which signals of the clock signal phi1 system are taken out, in a charge transfer element 10. An output terminal 12 is led out from the terminal (a) in the hot end side of the capacitor C2. In this output circuit 14, collectors of npn trasistors TRs 17 and 18 of Darlington connection are connected to a power supply terminal 4, and the emitter of the TR17 is connected to the base of the TR18. A resistor 15 is connected between the base and the emitter of the TR18, and the emitter of the TR18 is grounded through a resistor 16, and an output terminal 13 is led out from this emitter. |
