Proposed is a process and device for manufacturing sensors intended in particular for the measurement of pressure forces. Using thick-film techniques, at least one insulating film (14) is applied to a support plate (10), followed by a pressure-sensitive resistive layer (12) and, finally, conductor tracks (13). The film assembly (11 to 14) is then compressed together with a plastics material in a compression die (20 to 22) and the support plate (10) subsequently detached from the pressed article. |
