<p>PURPOSE:To execute a call processing without damaging the quality of a call by identifying an outgoing transmission line, which can understand the information in a band reported based on a current traffic amount and notifying the identified transmission line to a call processing part by a traffic control part in respect to the inquiry of an idle transmission line from the call processing part. CONSTITUTION:In respect to the inquiry from a call processing part 17, a traffic control part 16 makes a response according to the binary information as for whether transmission is enabled (idle state) or disabled (closed). When the response of enabled transmission is received, the call processing part 17 applies a control signal instructing a destination to a speech path part 12 so as to connect correspondent incoming and outgoing transmission lines 11 and 14. According to the instruction, the speech path part 12 forms a connection path by adding a header. When the response as for disabled transmission is received, the information is outputted through a signal processing part 15 to a terminal so as to refuse the reception of the call originated from the terminal.</p> |
