CAMERA WITH LIQUID CRYSTAL FINDER

摘要

PURPOSE:To enable a user to easily designate an area while seeing the display picture on a liquid crystal finder by distinctly displaying an object image on the liquid crystal finder and arranging a touch sensor on the display picture of the liquid crystal finder. CONSTITUTION:The liquid crystal finder where a finder image is easily large displayed is used, and the object image is formed on an image pickup element 18 through short-focus light reception lenses 12 and 14 for the purpose of always displaying a distinct object image. Transparent electrodes of a touch sensor 36 to designate the distance measuring area in the photographing range are arranged on a display picture 28 of this liquid crystal finder. Thus, the user only touches a desired part of the object image while seeing the display picture 28 on the liquid crystal finder to easily designate the area (distance measuring area) belonging to this part.
