<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate the operation for the position assignment of a 3rd point and to make improvement in working efficiency by displaying the prediction point of the 3rd point which follow the two points on a contour line when these two points are inputted and inputting this prediction point as it is as the 3rd point. CONSTITUTION:The contour line Zc itself is not given as data but is recognized as the boundary between a region Z1 and a region Z2. The prediction of the position of the 3rd assignment point Pi+1 is executed by the processing to determine a start point picture element, the arithmetic processing of a contour function value concerning the ambient picture elements and the processing to determine an optimum picture element in the state in which the 1st assignment point Pi-1 and 2nd assignment point Pi are settled on the contour line Zc. The operator's operations are simplified in this way and the improved working efficiency is attained.</p> |
