摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain the title ink consisting of a coloring matter and a liquid medium which can realize recording free from blotting even on plain paper and excellent in fixability thereto and has high safety by using a liquid medium containing at least a specified compound in the title ink. CONSTITUTION:The title ink consisting of a coloring matter (e.g. C.I. Direct Yellow 86) and a liquid medium, wherein the liquid medium (e.g. a mixture of diethylene glycol with water) contains at least a 7C or higher alkylene glycol (e.g. HOCH2CH2CH2CH2CH2CH2CH2OH).
