A bicycle pedal (1) is mounted on a spindle (2) with a screw thread for attaching to the bicycle cranks. The pedal (1) has a rectangular frame with a slot running parallel to one edge. The pedal is fitted with a toe clip (13) with a flat lower part (14) which has a turned down end flange (12). This end flange (12) has a ridge projecting from its lower edge. The toe-clip is attached to the pedal by inserting the flange into the slot until the projecting ridge engages the lower edge (17) of the slot. USE - Bicycles.
