<p>The description relates to a pivoting lever catch (10) securable with a cylinder lock device for fitting in a thin wall like a sheet-metal cupboard door (16), consisting of a base plate (18) having two projections (32, 34) passing through the door leaf, where one projection (32) acts as an attachment for a rod system (13; 37) for a link rod (15) for a pivotable handle (22) and can be used at the same time to secure one end of the base plate (18), while the other projection (34) has a recess to take the cylinder lock device holding the handle (22) in its closed position and can be used at the same time to secure the other end of the base plate (18), whereby, according to the invention, either the base plate (18) or the handle (22) has a recess to take a second cylinder lock (38 or 36), operable independently of the first (36 or 38), to lock the handle (22) in its closed position, whereby both tongues (42, 44) of the two locking cylinders (36, 38) act on a shared locking component (46, 146) in such a way that the locking component can be released from its position locking the handle in its innermost position by either of the two cylinder locks.</p> |
