ADHESIVE ROLL TAPE CUTTING APPARATUS

A base 1 is in two parts 1a and 1b on which are mounted support plates 3 and 3a, respectively. A tape roll T1 is mounted on a wheel 16 between plates 3 and 3a and for cutting uniform lengths of tape the tape is pressed by roller 8 against contact surfaces 7c and 7d at the ends of arms 7a of a rotatable roller 7 and is cut by engagement of blades of a cutting roller 9 in gloves 7e. The roller 7 is rotated by hand-knob 11 and is geared to the cutting roller. A bracket 5 and the support plate 3a carry a second roll of tape T2 from which desired lengths can be cut with the cutter 17.
