PURPOSE:To press-fit an external cylinder into a cylindrical holder with rapidity and ease by engaging the external cylinder into the cylindrical holder, making a vibration proofing rubber unit disposed in the external cylinder hold an internal cylinder, and communicating two fluid chambers with a recessed groove via a through hole. CONSTITUTION:In the holder part 51 of a cylindrical holder 5, an external cylinder 1 is press- fitted and fixed, there is a vibration proofing rubber unit 3 of which circumference is connected with an inter-ring 6 liquid-tightly engaged in the external cylinder 1 and where a main fluid chamber A is formed in the lower half part, and a cylinder 2 is penetrated and embedded in the rubber unit 3. A sub-fluid chamber B and the main fluid chamber A are communicated by a restricting flow passage F which is formed in a restricting member 7 in an inter-ring 6. The holder part 51 is constituted as a rib of which central part of circumferential surface are outward protrudingly deformed at the whole circumference, and on the inner periphery surface of the holder part 51 which contacts with the circumference of the external cylinder 1, a recessed groove 53 is formed by the rib. In the external cylinder 2, a through hole 11 is formed at a symmetric position on the right and left sides facing a space C to communicate the space C with the recessed groove 53. Besides, a through hole 54 is formed at the lowest position of the rib to open the recessed groove 53 to the atmosphere. |
