PURPOSE:To make an electromagnetic cooking apparatus in simple and small structure by forming a cooking deep pan from a magnetic substance and non- magnetic substance. CONSTITUTION:A cooking deep pan 7 is formed from a magnetic substance 71 and non-magnetic substance 72, and in the latter a torque is generated by the electromagnetic effect due to a magnetic field produced by an induction coil 6. Thus the deep pan 7 rotates, and an eddy current is generated in the magnetic substance 71 to cause the deep pan 7 to be heated. This achieves an electromagnetic cooking apparatus in small and simple configuration. |
