PURPOSE:To reduce the attention burden of an operator and to efficiently execute the input work by checking immediately a quantity value of an inputted medical examination deed at the time of input. CONSTITUTION:When a medical examination deed and quantity are inputted from a keyboard 3 in accordance with an input screen to a display 2 by a processing of a central processing unit (CPU) 1, first of all, a medical examination deed master file (b) is retrieved, and file data of an inputted medical examination deed is read out. Unless there is related check information in its medical examination deed, for instance, when the input medical examination deed is a medicine, the quantity upper limit value and the quantity lower limit value are fetched from in the file data read out of a medical examination deed master file (a), and compared with the inputted quantity. Unless there is an error, a display for urging an input of the next medical examination deed and its quantity is executed to an input screen, and with respect to its inputted medical examination and quantity, a check is repeated. In such a way, the attention burden of an operator is reduced and the input work is executed efficiently. |
