<p>PURPOSE:To make adhesive force firm and to prevent the detachment at joined part by forming a consumable pattern under dividing into pattern for a product part and pattern for casting part, forming joining part of both patterns with projection and groove, applying the adhesive to side face of the joining part and joining. CONSTITUTION:In an adhesive applying device, a holding tool 5 for holding the pattern 2 for the product part is arranged as vertically movable, and an air passage 6 is formed in inner part of the holding tool 5 and opened to the holding face 51 at the one end and connected with a vacuum pump at the other end. Further, a containing vessel 7 for containing the adhesive 4 is set below the holding tool 5, and in this containing vessel 7, an applying jig 8 is arranged as vertically movable. The applying jig 8 is faced to the pattern 2 for product part held with the holding tool 5, and further, applying holes 81 are bored to vertical direction as insertable to the projections 22 in the pattern 2 for the product part and also in inner wall faces 82 as the side face of the applying holes 81, applying brushes 83 formed with feather-like heat resistant material are fitted.</p> |
