<p>PURPOSE:To smoothly insert a netlike facing while uniformly holding the fitting pitch of a net and to enable continuous forming by inserting the netlike facing between two sheets of fiber material impregnated with resin and heating this netlike facing and contact-bonding the netlike facing with the pinch rollers when powdery thermo plastic resin is in a semimelted state and thereafter heating the netlike facing until the powdery thermoplastic resin becomes a melted state and contact-bonding it. CONSTITUTION:For example, the admixture of vinyl chloride resin is introduced into a fluidized bed 30 at the prescribed amount. For example, eight pieces of glass roving are arrayed to the lengthwise direction and introduced into the fluidized bed 30. While the glass roving is split therein, it is blown up by air pressure and impregnated with powdery vinyl chloride resin 12 being in a floating state. Two sheets of fiber material 10a impregnated with resin are produced. When thermoplastic resin is in a semimelted state, e.g. a glass net is inserted between this two sheets of fiber material 10a impreg nated with resin. These are passed through pinch rolls 40 and thermally contact-bonded. Successively these are passed through the heated contact-bonding rolls 50 and contact- bonded by completely melting resin. While these are cooled by the cooled pinch rolls 60, these are pulled out therefrom. The fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin sheet 10 is obtained as a wound heavyweight body.</p> |
