<p>PURPOSE:To suppress the amount of limestone to be consumed to the necessary min. by making the limestone charging port arranged above a fuel burner variable in a vertical direction and adjusting the angle of the limestone charging port corresponding to the concn. of SO2 in boiler waste gas. CONSTITUTION:Fine limestone particles are charged to the furnace of a coal burning boiler 3 to generate desulfurization reaction and the concn. of SO2 in waste gas is reduced. The limestone charging port 2 arranged above a fuel burner 7 is variable in a vertical direction and the angle of the limestone charging port 2 is adjusted corresponding to the concn. of SO2 in the boiler waste gas. As a result, the fluctuation of the concn. of SO2 in the boiler waste gas can be adjusted by the change of the angle of the limestone charging port, that is, by the change of a furnace stagnation time and the amount of limestone to be consumed can be suppressed to the necessary min.</p> |
