<p>PURPOSE:To perfectly remove moisture within a short time by immersing a rolling bearing in the hot water received in a washing tank to wash the same and subsequently subjecting the rolling bearing to self-heating and blowing hot water to the rolling bearing. CONSTITUTION:A rolling bearing 4 subjected to degreasing treatment is mounted on the holding part 2d of the belt 2c of a feed apparatus 2 and immersed in a washing tank 1 by driving the belt 2c to be washed. Subsequently, the washed rolling bearing 4 is taken out of the washing tank 1 and subjected to self-heating by an induction heating coil 5. At the same time, hot water is blown to the bearing 4 from a blower 3 to evaporate the moisture bonded to the bearing 4. Thereafter, the bearing 4 is sent to a predetermined position and detached from the holding part 2d. By this method, a treatment time can be shortened to be capable of contributing to cost reduction.</p> |
