<p>PURPOSE:To enable a worker to easily correct a processing cloth position without shifting his/her eyes from a needle or cloth hem to another position by projecting an inner sewing reference line copying the cloth hem, to a sewing machine bed surface or the processing cloth placed on the aforesaid bed. CONSTITUTION:An inner sewing reference line 80 copying the side hem of a processing cloth is projected to the surface of a sewing machine bed or a processing cloth 70 on the bed on the basis of needle position data read out from a memory for saving an inner needle position copying the side hem of the processing cloth. When performing a copying stitching, a worker can easily set the processing cloth at an optimum position on the aforesaid bed, on the basis of the sewing reference line 80 projected to the bed copying the side hem of the processing cloth. Also, even if the processing cloth is dislocated during copying stitching, the cloth position can be properly corrected according to the sewing reference line projected to the cloth or the bed surface. According to the aforesaid construction, the worker does not need shifting his/her eyes to another position during the copying stitching.</p> |
